We are strong proponents of the adage "that which is measured, improves", and towards that end we work with our clients to both understand their businesses from an analytical perspective, and to manage their businesses by understanding the measurable consequences of their actions and choices.
We always focus on problems from a strategic perspective, but our method is to understand and address business processes, the technology that supports them, and the human resources who conduct them.
We are located in Southern California, but serve clients throughout the United States. Our clients are primarily larger firms, generally those within the Fortune 1000, but we do occasionally take on smaller firms in interesting industries or with interesting challenges.
